Covid 19 Protocol
n response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we'd like to introduce the health protocol Pyrgaraki Studios and Apartments, providing you and our staff with conditions for both comfortable and safe stay and work. Our health protocol is based on three principles - Safe Guests -Safe Stay- Safe Employees. The Code follows the current Regulation of the National Public Health Organization.
Check-in takes place outside on an open space.
Hand sanitizer, gloves and masks are available at the check in desk.
For purposes of public health protection, we keep a record of staff members and all guests staying at the resort (name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details such as address, telephone, e-mail), so that it is possible to track all the people who came in close contact with an identified COVID-19 case.
All General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are adhered to and all guests and staff are informed that records are kept for the protection of public health.
The accommodation records and updates an Event log book COVID-19.
Extention of check-in and check-out period between stays. Check-out until 10:00 a.m. and check-in from 15:00 pm. During the time between each check-in and check-out between different guests the room is cleaned, thoroughly disinfected and adequate natural ventilation of the space follows.
The bedding is changed according to safety standards and using disinfectants according to European standards EN 14476.
Detailed disinfection of bathroom rooms is carried out every day using single-use materials and disinfectants.
The room keys are disinfected on a regular basis and must be disinfected after each check-in.
Daily cleaning takes place taking all necessity precautions. The procedure is supplemented with thorough ventilation, each time disinfection of furniture and equipment available in the room,
All rooms are equipped with hand sanitizers.
The housekeeping staff uses simple surgical masks, gloves and disposable waterproof robes.
All rooms provide information on the applicable security policies and procedures.
Door handles, handrails, light switches, doors leading to the corridors and staircases are disinfect several times a day.

Only guests of the accommodation and employees are allowed to stay on the premises.
All employees are regularly trained in compliance with safety standards and procedures in accordance with the requirements of National Public Health Organization
All staff is trained to recognise the symptoms of an affected person
After coming to work, each employee undergoes a well-being checkup, in case of negative symptoms the employee is not allowed to work
Each employee performs his duties in disposable gloves and, in accordance with the requirements, in a mask or protective helmet, in parts of the facility where direct contact with the guest takes place.
Employees have access to disinfectants - liquids, wet wipes and personal protective materials.
Common rooms for employees toilets and facilities are disinfected regularly, using all safety standards.
